Although I haven't used it yet

I'm glad I got it; I feel this is a top-of-the-line speargun quite possibly capable of taking out a Killer Whale (not that you should try that) with a well-placed shot. The only thing I wish Riffe did different is place a removable band cover, so you don't have to tie of the charging bands to fire the rod. Either way be sure to get a carrying case for this no matter where you go as you want to keep it in tip top condition. It is expensive but it might as well be the elephant gun of spearguns.
