We are so confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase that we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may submit a return request for an exchange or refund.
- Products must be in new and unopened condition.
- We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Items kept for longer than 30 days after receipt are non-refundable.
- No returns or exchanges on international orders.
All returns and exchanges require the original register receipt and must include the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. Except as noted below, you may return or exchange any qualifying items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- The restocking fee is waived if the item is defective and exchanged within the specified time period.
- Opened defective items returned for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee at management’s discretion.
- Items not in like-new condition, or missing packaging, manuals, or accessories, may not be accepted for return.
Cancellation Fee
- A 3% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders, including pre-shipment cancellations.
Lowest Price Guarantee
We’re confident we offer the best value available. If you find a lower advertised price on a comparable product, we’ll beat it by 5% — just show us the ad or listing for verification prior to purchase.
Exclusions apply:
- This guarantee does not apply to Bixpy products.
- We reserve the right to decline any price match at our sole discretion.
Right to Refuse Service & Order Cancellation Policy
At Blue Tuna Spearfishing Inc., we are committed to providing excellent service to all customers. However, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion, when necessary to protect our business, team, and customers.
Situations where we may refuse service or cancel an order include (but are not limited to):
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Failure to complete payment
- Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or customers
- Violation of our terms, policies, or applicable laws
- Inaccurate or erroneous product/pricing information
- Inventory unavailability
- Shipping restrictions or undeliverable addresses
Refunds and Communication:
In the event of a cancellation by us, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
