The Orca Spearguns come fully rigged and ready to shoot! Speargun comes rigged inline with two wraps of mono, a muzzle bungee, and two 16mm bands.

The bands are staged to different heights so that when they're loaded they sit more inline with the shaft for less drag, better power and accuracy.

This speargun has the most comfort grip with smooth curves. The ergonomic grip seats in the palm of the hand very nicely. It's even comfortable to hold upside down when swimming around.

Full length integrated rail to guide the shaft down the barrel, better accuracy and quieter than partial tracks. The Rail level lines up with the profile of the mechanism and the muzzle. The integral rail is part of the barrel, thus increasing stiffness and reducing flex. This makes the guns deadly accurate.
The rail barrel is manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum.

NEW 316Ti stainless steel titanium mechanism, housing, trigger and sear. Reverse mechanism loads in the rear of the mech so it gives you 10-15cm more band pull than other brands, so a 95cm will be comparable to the power of a 110cm in other brands, but it will be more compact.

Orca Aluminum Railguns are available in lengths from 50 cm to 120 cm.

BTS ORCA 120 Speargun – Good Quality, Good Value

I recently picked up the BTS ORCA 120 and had the chance to put it to work in the Sea of Cortez — came home happy with the results. The gun feels well-built for the price, and everything worked as expected from the first dive.
One feature I appreciated was the helper fin on the shaft, which gives you a resting point when you're pulling back the bands. That's a nice touch, especially when you're working with a longer gun.
Accuracy and power were solid, and I managed to bag a few nice fish including a 50 lb Amberjack, so I can't complain. If you're looking for a dependable speargun that won't empty your wallet, the BTS ORCA 120 is worth a look. Combined with a friendly and knowledgeable customer service team, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Orca 90

Spearfishing out in Hawai'i. I've had the Orca 90 for about 4 months. It is my first speargun and I can say I have no regrets purchasing this gun. It works great, it is easy to use, and the design is solid. I took three fish my first day out and have taken dozens since. The largest being a 17" palani, which is a pretty broad fish. The 16 mm bands the gun comes with are very powerful. So much so that I only used 1 band for the first month. I absolutely love the spear the gun comes with. The 3rd sharkfin allows me to pull the band 2/3 of the way and then reposition my hands to draw the rest. I have also used the 3rd fin with a single band to reduce the power when shooting into a rock hole. Great gun, I recommend it!
