Warranty Coverage

Our products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Wetsuits: 1 year
  • Accessories: 1 year

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

  1. Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Warranty claims without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

  2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at Provide the following details:

    • Your name and contact information
    • Date of purchase and order number
    • Product name and description
    • Description of the issue and any relevant photos
  3. Claim Review: Our team will review your claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. You will receive a response within 3-5 business days with further instructions.

  4. Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send any items without an RA number.

  5. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  6. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the product, our technicians will inspect it to confirm the warranty claim. If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will provide a repair estimate for your approval.

  7. Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
