Limited lifetime warranty on Andre Spearguns that covers the speargun stock, mechanism, line guide, line release and line anchor. Our mechanisms are made from 316 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 5mm and laser cut for ultimate precision firing.

Products must be in new and unopened condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items kept for longer than 30 days after receiving the items are non-refundable. * No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders

All returns and exchanges require an original register receipt. All returned items must be in original, new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. Except as noted below you may return or exchange any conforming items within 30 days of its original purchase date.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns. This restocking fee will be waived if the item is defective and exchanged within the specified time period for that item. Opened defective items returned for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee at management’s sole discretion. Items not in like new condition, missing the original box, packaging, manuals, or accessories may not be accepted for return.

Cancelation Fee: A cancelation fee of 3% will be charged on all canceled orders. 

Shipping & Handling Policy for Blue Tuna Spearfishing

We have 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for order processing period before shipping your orders. In addition, Saturday deliveries are not considered normal business days for delivery and carriers charge an additional $15.00. If you are in a rush to get your order, please call and speak to us to make sure the item is in stock 805-826-3483. We don't guarantee the shipping provider selected at checkout, choosing the appropriate provider is up to our discretion. Not all items are shipped from California. Some items are shipped from the East coast.

Shipping Policy: Damage During Delivery

At Blue Tuna Spearfishing, we take great care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition. However, we understand that occasionally, despite our best efforts, items may be damaged during transit.

Responsibility for Damage:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase insurance to cover any potential losses or damages that may occur during shipping. While we strive to work with reliable shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee the handling of packages once they leave our facilities. 

Insurance Options:

We highly recommend that buyers consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect their investment. Shipping insurance provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Please contact your chosen shipping carrier or insurance provider for more information on available coverage options. Please contact us prior to ordering to purchase shipping insurance.

Claims Process:

In the event that an item is damaged during delivery, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the shipping carrier and/or insurance provider. We will assist buyers with providing any necessary documentation or information required for the claims process, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully for any signs of damage. If you notice any discrepancies or damage, please document it thoroughly and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Replacements:

Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier and/or insurance provider. We will make every effort to facilitate a resolution that is satisfactory to all parties involved.

International Shipping Policy for Blue Tuna Spearfishing

No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders, or States outside of the Continental United States (ie. Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii, Alaska).

United States Postal Express & FedEx Int Economy Mail service are our preferred and most reliable methods of shipping Internationally, generally takes 5-7 business days not including Saturday/Sunday. We are not liable for lost or late deliveries for packages sent via USPS Priority Mail; because the United States Post Office has no guarantees for this service.

To avoid any possible confusion please make sure your email address is correct as you will receive an email reply when your order has been shipped along with a detailed description of any changes, updates or modifications to your order. Please read important shipping information below regarding duties, taxes and handling charges.

The total of the order plus any applicable shipping and handling charges* will be emailed back to you for confirmation of the revised total, which can be paid with the given credit card or for a Money Order* or Bank Wire Transfer.* Duties and Taxes will be charged COD.

Duty & Taxes - The full invoice value must be declared for customs and insurance purchases. The duties, taxes and any other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance - Insurance is required on International deliveries.

Applicable handling charges: The level of packing necessary to keep orders safe and secure from damage and/or theft determines handling charges. Handling charges should not exceed $20.00.

Money Order: Option for all International customers. There are no additional fees for Money Orders. However, we have to wait for the Money Order to clear our bank before the order can be shipped.

Bank Wire Transfer: Option for International customers. There will be an additional $30.00 fee for all Bank Wire Transfers. The Blue Tuna Spearfishing will be notified by our bank upon receipt of transfer. Please fill out the order form completely when placing an order and we will email you a reply with additional information to expedite your order. Please make sure your email address is correct.
